who spend their days (and sometimes nights!) searching the world for the
best products and negotiating deals direct with suppliers to offer

Why Members Only?
We simply cannot offer
these deals to everyone! By being a members only shopping club, we are
able to offer our members products you simply cannot find anywhere else.
With stocks being limited, our products are reserved exclusively for our members only.
How Does Work?
It’s simple! Nzsale members receive a sale notification every morning.
Sales start every day, seven days a week and typically run for 2 to 3 days.
60% of stock is usually sold in the first 48 hours so getting in early is key!
Flash sales disappear from the site once they are finished.
How do I invite my friends to join?Here at Nzsale, it pays to spread the word! Once you have logged into your account you can click on the ‘Invite a Friend’ tab on the top of the site. Our invitation system is easy to use, and you can add your friends to join by entering their email addresses into the fields listed. You will receive a $10 Nzsale voucher to spend anywhere on the site once your invited members have made their first purchase with us. How do I know if my friends have joined?Once your friends have joined Nzsale their details will be displayed in your ‘My Vouchers’ section of ‘My Account’. How do I use my Vouchers?Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart you can apply your vouchers by selecting the voucher total from the drop down menu in ‘My Cart’.
How do I update or change any of my personal details?
You can edit any of your personal information, including your registered name or email address by visiting My Account, My Details.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by editing the personal details tab under My Details.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?Unfortunately due to the nature of our sales events once an order has been placed in our system we cannot edit or change an order.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?Should you need to cancel an order please contact customer service via the CONTACT section. You can also return the products once received within 14 Days of the order being dispatched. Please see the returns section for more details. Can I combine items from two separate sales into the same order?You can only shop one sale at a time. However, you can enjoy FREE DELIVERY on selected orders placed within an hour after you order. Minimum spend applies. Why are some products sold out?A larger percentage of our members login as early as possible during our sales events, which can cause the products to sell out quickly! We highly recommend you login as early as possible to secure your order! How many items can I buy in one order?To ensure product availability for as many members as possible, we currently limit purchases to 5 of one style in one size per order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and we are working on Paypal as we speak.
How safe and secure is purchasing through Nzsale?
Transactions are processed via an industry standard secure https connection using IP Solutions International as a third party payment gateway. This means that you can be assured that your sensitive data such as credit card numbers will remain confidential because all information is 128bit encrypted. The server we connect to is authenticated through PKI certificates issued by a root Certificate Authority. Is GST included in your pricing?
No, GST is not charged on the listed prices unless otherwise stated on the Product listing or in our invoice for your purchases, Nzsale will bear the cost of the New Zealand GST or import duty payable (if any) on products you purchase from us.
What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
NZ Sale Ltd.
How much do you charge for delivery?Delivery of products is based on weight, however generally postage works out to $9.95 initially, with .50c per additional item after that, all throughout. What does the order status messages mean?Approved: This is first stage your order will go into once it has successfully been processed in our system. At this stage the order is awaiting to be picked by our dispatch team once the sale has finished. Delivery Requested: This is the stage an order goes into once the brand is being picked by our dispatch team. Depending on the amount of orders in any given brand, orders can stay in this stage for varying amounts of time. Dispatched: This is the final stage your order will go into once it has been sent out by our dispatch team! At this stage your unique tracking ID will appear next to your order and you will be able to track its delivery online. How long does delivery take? NZ Sale works a little differently than other online sites you may have purchased from in the past, and in order to offer you the greatest possible discounts we quote 14 - 21 days after a sale has closed for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Generally the stock is sent into our warehouse to be dispatched once the sale has finalized. How are your products sent? We send all of our orders through Castle Parcels. If no one is home at the time of attempted delivery your letter box will be carded and you can then call to arrange re-collection. You can track your order online once it has been dispatched using the tracking system provided on My Account, My Orders. Do you ship internationally?No. Due to arrangements with our suppliers we are unable to dispatch products internationally.
What is Nzsale's return policy?
You can return a product within 14 days of your order being dispatched.
Credit vouchers are given for returns that are non-faulty.
If an item is received incorrectly or faulty (which is very rare), your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns from particular sales, and you can find this information in the Shipping & Returns tab of any product in a sale you are browsing.
How do I return an item?
To return a product please visit My Account and then My Returns to submit a new return request from one of your orders.
Once your return request has been accepted you will be notified via email of your returns number and our returns address.
All returns must receive a returns authorization number (or RAN number) before you can return a product.
All returns sent without a returns number will not be accepted by our returns team.
How long do I have to lodge a returns request?
You can return a product within 14 days of you order being dispatched.
